Information Technology Literacy for Seniors Program
The Information Technology Literacy for Seniors Program is an information technology and computer literacy training program that will assist and train under-resourced and
equity-deserving senior citizens in the service area the basic knowledge and skills needed to communicate using various mobile communication devices, laptop, electronic tablets, and personal computers. Initially, the program will offer a two-week training session per calendar quarter to 10 under-resourced senior citizens per quarter for a total of 40 senior citizens per year. Depending on the demand of the program, the number of participants may increase by 5 participants per quarter per year. There will be a flat $10 registration fee charge to receive these services.
