Larry Lenard Lowe is Board Chairman. Larry Lenard Lowe, founding board member, is chair of the United Village Center, Inc.
He is a member of the New Holly Light Missionary Baptist Church, Anderson, South Carolina and Chairman of the Biology Department at Benedict College,6 Columbia, South Carolina.
Larry holds advisory board and committee positions and memberships in various local, state-wide, and national organizations. Larry earned his B.S. in Biology from Tougaloo College, his M.S. from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in Zoology, and his Ph.D. from The Atlanta University in Biology. He lives with his wife and has four children and five grandchildren.

Marvin Dixon is Board Liaison. Marvin Dixon serves as liaison to the United Village Center, Inc. Board of Directors.
He is an active member of the New Holly Light Missionary Baptist Church, Anderson, South Carolina. After a career in Textile Management / Customer Service, Marvin retired from Clemson University after serving as a Parking Manager for the campus and all special events.
While in the workforce, He participated on many advisory teams and committees responsible for implementation, auditing, and certification programs. He enjoys spending time with his family.
